Opis

  • Run sales administration activities for assigned markets and scopes
  • Apply knowledge of FMCG schemes and discounts
  • Calculate sales incentives, payouts, and visibility in line with approved schemes
  • Assist with trade spend accruals and reversals, and prepare sales reports
  • Produce accurate sales administration outputs within agreed service levels
  • Follow approval workflows, controls, and documentation standards
  • Work with Sales, Finance, CFSC, and Info-Desk teams to resolve issues
  • Assist with audits, reconciliations, and month-end work

Zahteve

  • Bring 2–5 years of experience in sales administration, order-to-cash, or commercial operations
  • Hold a degree in commerce, business, finance, or a related field
  • Experience with sales incentives, payouts, or trade spend processes is preferred
  • Experience in shared services or operations is an advantage
  • Understand order-to-cash processes and their connections
  • Know ERP platforms and downstream sales systems
  • Use Excel at an advanced level and maintain structured trackers
  • Have strong data validation and reconciliation skills
