Opis

  • Examine Medicaid claims, encounters, enrollment, eligibility, provider, and program data.
  • Evaluate utilization, spending, access to care, and program results.
  • Clean, verify, and document datasets.
  • Create performance measures, dashboards, and regular reports.
  • Spot trends, data quality concerns, and areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to program evaluations and operational analysis.
  • Describe analytical methods, assumptions, and limitations.
  • Present findings clearly to technical and nontechnical audiences.
  • Handle data in accordance with applicable privacy and security requirements.

Zahteve

  • Experience working with Medicaid or related healthcare data.
  • Strong analytical ability and careful attention to data quality.
  • Skill with relevant tools such as Excel, SQL, SAS, R, Python, Power BI, or Tableau; expertise in every tool is unnecessary.
  • Ability to explain findings clearly and relate them to program decisions.
  • Experience documenting analysis so others can follow and review the work.
  • Preferred: Experience analyzing Medicaid claims or encounter data.
  • Preferred: Experience with state Medicaid agency or managed care reporting.
  • Preferred: Background in quality measurement, cost analysis, risk adjustment, or program evaluation.
  • Preferred: Experience with large healthcare datasets and secure analytics environments.
  • Preferred: Familiarity with T-MSIS or other Medicaid data sources.
  • Provide a résumé or professional profile describing relevant datasets, analytical projects, and tools.
  • Exclude confidential client details and protected health information.
