Opis

  • Respond to inbound calls and warm leads
  • Discuss customers’ insurance needs
  • Recommend suitable coverage, products, and benefits
  • Turn sales leads into policyholders
  • Represent the Liberty Mutual brand
  • Match customers with products for their individual needs
  • Deliver customer-focused sales and service
  • Complete paid licensing and job training
  • Work assigned weekday and weekend shifts

Zahteve

  • At least 2 years of sales- or service-related work experience is required
  • 2–3 years of sales experience is preferred
  • Strong interpersonal and persuasive skills to help close sales
  • Clear communication with both prospects and customers
  • Strong analytical, decision-making, and organizational abilities
  • Proficient typing skills and computer use
  • Obtain a Property and Casualty Insurance license after hire
  • Live in one of the specified eligible states
  • Remain in the state of residence for at least one year before relocating
  • Be available to work four weekdays and one weekend day
  • Have a professional workspace or room with a dedicated desk
  • Have wired high-speed internet with minimum speeds of 100 Mbps download and 20 Mbps upload
  • Satellite and mobile internet services are unsupported
