Opis

  • Refine and complete the brandbook.
  • Build and maintain the Figma library, including templates, components, icons, chart styles, and brand assets.
  • Maintain the master pitch deck and make quick slide updates for fundraising.
  • Create one-pagers and data room documents.
  • Develop keynote and conference presentations for the CEO and scientists.
  • Create reusable presentation templates for the team.
  • Produce monthly static posts, carousels, infographics, and simple motion graphics for LinkedIn and X.
  • Design event and conference materials, including banners, booth graphics, sponsor assets, signage, badges, and printed programs.
  • Develop billboard and digital advertising concepts through to print-ready files.
  • Create merchandise artwork and tech packs.
  • Deliver editable source files with clear names and version control in the shared drive.
  • Use human, composed, and clinically credible design to explain complex science and the company’s vision.
  • If shortlisted, complete three brief design tasks and record a Loom video presenting the approach.

Zahteve

  • A portfolio demonstrating brand systems, preferably including presentations and print work.
  • Fluency in Figma and Canva.
  • Comfort working in Google Slides.
  • Experience incorporating AI image and video tools into a design workflow.
  • Ability to clarify ambiguous requests before beginning work.
  • Strong attention to typography, spacing, and visual restraint.
  • Curiosity about neuroscience, biotechnology, or deep tech.
  • Availability during California business hours (Pacific Time).
  • Ability to complete quick revisions the same day.
  • Scientific or medical visualization experience is a plus.
  • Packaging, merchandise, or environmental design experience is a plus.
  • Submit a portfolio, weekly availability, and answers to four application questions.
