Opis

  • Investigate, assess, and resolve first- and third-party private passenger auto casualty claims.
  • Proactively examine coverage, liability, and damages issues and resolve related questions.
  • Maintain appropriate reserves and manage diaries and tasks for assigned claims.
  • Follow Patriot MGA operating procedures and claims practices.
  • Provide responsive service to insureds, claimants, carriers, and partners.
  • Adjust claims in accordance with applicable state regulations.
  • Document claim activity thoroughly to support investigation decisions.
  • Assess and negotiate bodily injury claims with injured parties or their representatives.
  • Document and respond to demands in line with Patriot MGA claims practices and state regulations.
  • Report to the Claims Supervisor or Claims Manager.
  • Contribute positively to team culture and morale.

Zahteve

  • At least 3 years of bodily injury auto claims handling experience; 5 or more years preferred.
  • Experience in an MGA, carrier, or insurance claims administration setting.
  • Active adjuster licenses in applicable states, or the ability to obtain the required licenses.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work effectively in a high-stress, fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to make a positive contribution to team culture and morale.
  • Ability to stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to handle confrontational situations with first- and third-party customers.
