Project Coordinator, Data Centre Retrofit

Coordinate technical and commercial retrofit projects in operational data centres, working across clients, engineering teams, budgets, compliance and delivery. The role is with Ethos Engineering in Ireland.

Opis

  • Coordinate data centre retrofit projects in live, mission-critical environments.
  • Represent the client and safeguard its interests under procurement and contracting strategies.
  • Set project objectives and delivery strategies with clients and internal teams.
  • Coordinate engineering and project work around operational constraints and service continuity.
  • Prepare project scopes, execution strategies, plans, budgets, reports and documentation.
  • Deliver technical and commercial projects to budget and schedule.
  • Use Value Management and Value Engineering throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Define resource needs and lead and motivate project teams.
  • Meet applicable local statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Report on performance, identify variances and implement corrective actions.
  • Manage project records on a common data environment (CDE) platform.
  • Update senior management on project performance.
  • Work with project participants to provide assistance and support.

Zahteve

  • At least five years of project management experience, including technical and commercial project delivery.
  • Experience developing project scopes and execution strategies and managing budgets.
  • Ability to apply Value Management and Value Engineering techniques to improve project outcomes.
  • Knowledge of applicable local statutory and regulatory obligations.
  • Experience managing documents through CDE platforms.
  • Ability to prepare detailed project reports and maintain accurate project records.
  • Live-environment project coordination experience, including phased work, operational constraints and planned outages, is desirable.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain collaborative client relationships.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Leadership skills to guide and motivate project teams.
  • Ability to define project resource needs and meet project objectives.
