  • Demonstrated success managing paid-search acquisition campaigns.
  • Practical experience with campaign data analysis and performance reporting.
  • Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Looker, Tableau, Excel, and Google Sheets.
  • Background managing complex, high-volume campaigns across international markets.
  • Strong analytical judgment, with the ability to turn findings into concrete decisions.
  • Effective time-management skills and reliable prioritisation.
  • Able to deliver independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • Strong interpersonal skills for working across departments.
  • Fluent written and spoken English.
  • Experience with generative AI tools is an advantage.
