Opis

  • Plan and optimize paid social campaigns from launch through performance review.
  • Refine audience targeting, budgets, and creative assets.
  • Run creative A/B tests and incrementality studies.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • At least five years of professional social media marketing experience.
  • Experience managing paid social advertising and influencer marketing.
  • Strong copywriting ability.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Strong organizational skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Experience in insurance, financial services, or another regulated industry is preferred.
  • Experience building an influencer marketing program from the ground up.
  • Experience reviewing creative and copy with legal or compliance teams.
