- Independently handle motor vehicle and personal injury claims across liability insurance.
- Investigate case facts and provide customers with proactive, situation-specific support.
- Evaluate and clearly explain coverage and liability matters to different audiences.
- Calculate fair and accurate compensation.
- Identify and pursue recovery claims and rights of recourse.
- Work with Simpego colleagues, external customers, and service providers.

Zahteve
- Ideally, you have completed vocational training in insurance.
- You have experience handling personal injury claims.
- You have at least three years of claims handling experience.
- You are customer-focused and practical in your approach.
- You take a solution-focused approach and show initiative.
- You stay calm and composed under pressure.
- You are versatile and flexible.
- You are proficient in MS Office.
- You are open to using new technologies and solutions.
- You have excellent German and French skills.
