Opis

  • Apply data science, data engineering, and statistical best practices to develop fit-for-purpose solutions.
  • Conduct advanced analysis of customer and business data.
  • Guide solutions from problem definition and ideation through data sourcing, experimentation, development, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Manage and mentor data scientists, providing technical guidance, supporting a positive learning environment, and ensuring work meets quality and performance standards.
  • Oversee team operations and delivery.
  • Lead model development, deployment, and evaluation.
  • Consult with stakeholders and provide recommendations.
  • Address operational challenges with partner business units.
  • Source, clean, and interpret data in collaboration with the data management group.
  • Take on other duties as assigned.

Zahteve

  • At least 10 years of demonstrated business impact through conceiving, delivering, and scaling machine learning and other analytical approaches, including machine learning and big data.
  • At least 2 years of experience managing and mentoring data scientists and analysts.
  • At least 2 years of consulting or leadership experience as a data scientist.
  • Strong verbal and written English skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience working on an Agile development team.
