Opis

  • Support e-commerce initiatives for assigned regional markets and retailers.
  • Audit digital shelves and product detail pages, identifying improvements to content, visibility, and execution.
  • Track key e-commerce indicators, including Digital Shelf Score, Share of Search, product availability, and content quality.
  • Review digital catalogs and product content for compliance with established standards.
  • Prepare and analyze performance reports to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
  • Work with markets and regional teams to implement and track plans that support digital channel growth.
  • Support work involving digital retailers, marketplaces, and e-commerce platforms.
  • Keep market dashboards, trackers, and monitoring tools up to date.
  • Coordinate with global teams to align activities with established processes and standards.
  • Identify opportunities to improve the consumer experience and brand performance online.

Zahteve

  • 1–3 years of experience in e-commerce, digital marketing, digital shelf, or a related field.
  • Advanced English required for working with regional teams and understanding work documentation.
  • Intermediate or advanced Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms, digital retailers, or marketplaces is an advantage.
  • Experience with digital content, product catalogs, product detail pages, or product information management is a plus.
  • Experience analyzing performance, tracking KPIs, and generating data-based insights.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce metrics such as Digital Shelf Score, Share of Search, availability, traffic, conversion, and sales is an advantage.
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced, multicultural environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for working with stakeholders across markets.
  • Ability to collaborate with international teams across time zones.
  • Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and results orientation.
