Opis

  • Set and deliver international marketing plans that link brand development to sales growth.
  • Lead an international team, agencies, and partners with clear priorities and accountability.
  • Build Adrian Magnus’s premium positioning through compelling storytelling and a consistent brand experience.
  • Plan the marketing calendar and lead digital, content, social media, PR, and partnership campaigns.
  • Create trade marketing programs that help distributors and commercial partners grow the brand locally.
  • Oversee international exhibitions, events, product launches, and brand activations.
  • Manage the marketing budget, set KPIs, and use performance insights to guide investment decisions.
  • Partner with Sales and company leadership to identify opportunities and grow the brand’s international presence.

Zahteve

  • At least three years of experience as a Marketing Director, Head of Marketing, or CMO.
  • Experience in tobacco, cigars, alcohol such as spirits or wine, or vaping.
  • Demonstrated success leading international marketing teams and developing brands across multiple markets.
  • A record of measurable growth in sales, brand awareness, customer acquisition, or market share.
  • Strong skills across brand strategy, digital marketing, content, social media, PR, events, partnerships, and trade marketing.
  • Understanding of marketing restrictions in regulated industries and how to create effective campaigns within them.
  • Strong analytical and financial skills, including budget ownership, ROI assessment, and performance measurement.
  • Ability to translate strategy into clear priorities and consistent execution.
  • Fluent English.
  • Spanish proficiency is an advantage.
  • Experience with premium or luxury products is an advantage.
  • Availability to work approximately 14:00–22:00 or 15:00–23:00 Madrid time.
