Opis

  • Maintain sales, web, landfill, Visor, and company landfill system data.
  • Enter and update information in WM systems.
  • Review account setups for accuracy and completeness.
  • Create custom bills, system exports, letters, and other correspondence.
  • Prepare volume and revenue reports for sales representatives and customers.
  • Respond to billing questions and help prepare special bills.
  • Coordinate renewals of waste profiles.
  • Organize and maintain electronic and paper records.
  • Assist customers by phone and email.
  • Provide administrative support to the Key Accounts Sales Team and maintain customer data.
  • Analyze data and apply business judgment to improve sales processes and customer satisfaction.

Zahteve

  • High school diploma or accredited GED.
  • At least one year of relevant work experience in addition to the education requirement.
  • Must reside and work in the United States.
  • Able to perform the listed physical and occupational duties, with reasonable accommodation where applicable.
