Opis

  • Lead the design and delivery of a functional or integration workstream on a customer program.
  • Translate business needs into designs for moderately complex product gaps and enhancements.
  • Develop accurate estimates and explain delivery trade-offs.
  • Plan and run the workstream, from backlog refinement and quality reviews to delivery commitments.
  • Build production-ready configurations and code in Gosu and Java on Guidewire Cloud Platform.
  • Guide code and design reviews to meet Guidewire Cloud standards.
  • Surface risks early and share evidence, analysis and options with customers and project teams.
  • Apply AI-assisted engineering tools to design, configuration, integration and testing.
  • Coach junior consultants and developers from customer or partner teams.
  • Work closely with project managers, product owners and customer architects.
  • Contribute reusable assets, knowledge articles and internal practice sessions.
  • For functional workstreams, configure PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter or BillingCenter across the insurance lifecycle.
  • Model and update products with Advanced Product Designer and product-definition patterns.
  • Create integrations with Cloud API, Integration Gateway, App Events and messaging.
  • Connect InsuranceSuite with customer platforms and third-party systems.
  • Manage integration contracts, error handling and non-functional needs such as performance, resilience and security.
  • Build toward Senior Architect through mentoring and project experience.

Zahteve

  • At least five years delivering core insurance or enterprise systems.
  • Three or more years of hands-on work with Guidewire InsuranceSuite, including PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter or BillingCenter.
  • Experience spanning most implementation stages, from inception and build through stabilisation and go-live.
  • Deep knowledge of one InsuranceSuite product and working familiarity with at least one other.
  • Proficiency in Gosu and Java.
  • Experience with Git-based delivery and CI/CD tools such as TeamCity or Jenkins.
  • Experience leading a small team or workstream and reviewing colleagues' work.
  • Solid understanding of property and casualty insurance operations, including policy, claims and billing.
  • Strong written and spoken English.
  • Confidence working directly with customer stakeholders.
  • Guidewire ACE certification in an InsuranceSuite product, or ability to earn one within six months of joining.
  • A degree in IT, computer science, engineering or a related discipline, or equivalent practical experience.
  • AWS or another cloud certification is an advantage.
  • Guidewire Cloud Platform experience or experience migrating self-managed systems to cloud is preferred.
  • Experience with Jutro, Guidewire Data Platform or other Guidewire products is preferred.
  • Practical use of AI coding assistants or agents is preferred.
  • Agile delivery experience, including Scrum Master or delivery lead responsibilities, is preferred.
  • Familiarity with the ANZ insurance market and regulatory requirements such as APRA is preferred.
