Opis

  • Oversee daily FP&A activities for Skydance financial operations
  • Prepare and present accurate, timely financial reports, plans, and analysis
  • Develop forecasts, budgets, long-range plans, and financial and business analyses
  • Advise the business on key drivers and their impact on US Networks
  • Review reports and initiatives, identifying risks and opportunities across projections, budgets, and long-range plans
  • Support financial greenlight decisions
  • Review contract approvals for commissions, development, and talent agreements
  • Analyze financial and operational performance
  • Use existing tools and introduce new ones to support management decisions
  • Lead financial analysis for strategic plans and ad hoc initiatives using detailed operating and financial models
  • Summarize outcomes and communicate business matters promptly
  • Work with US Finance LST on metrics reviews and ad hoc requests
  • Handle multiple strategic and financial requests under tight deadlines
  • Analyze monthly deliverables, variances, risks, opportunities, and business trends
  • Coordinate financial and management reporting with Excel, Power BI, CXO, and other applications
  • Help design and implement models for monthly forecasts and actual-results reviews, including Warner Bros. International activities

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance
  • At least six years of finance experience
  • Media and content experience preferred
  • Advanced analytical skills
  • Strong technical accounting skills
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
  • Advanced skills in Power BI, Excel, S4 Hana, and Oracle EPM
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills
  • Professional, effective communication with people at all organizational levels
  • Sound knowledge of technical accounting and finance processes
  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive projects and competing priorities
  • Problem-solving and organizational skills
  • Collaborative working style
  • Results-focused, with the ability to set clear goals and priorities and deliver timely, high-quality service
  • Knowledge of television and production businesses preferred
  • Advanced conversational English required
