- Assess business challenges and help shape technology solutions for health and human services.
- Work with business analysts to recommend improvements to client processes.
- Explain client needs and technical requirements in clear, non-technical language.
- Analyze and document system requirements and business processes.
- Create basic conceptual data and process models to estimate the effects of system changes.
- Run and review basic test scenarios using existing test plans.
- Take part in technical reviews and inspections with senior leaders.
