- Act as the liaison between internal and external teams and the assigned customer site, Midland Cogeneration Venture (MCV).
- Lead the customer relationship and contribute to the overall business strategy.
- Build customer relationships and serve as the GE Vernova site support team’s point of contact.
- Manage customer communications and relationships.
- Oversee customer portfolio P&L and growth.
- Provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers.
- Create and manage the site’s customer communication plan.
- Coordinate regular reviews with GE and the customer on current and new products and services.
- Oversee Gas Power warranty matters and related commercial considerations, including concessions.
- Define outage scope and communicate it to Outage Field Services.
- Plan parts for outage and non-outage work, including quote requests, customer quotations, and orders.
- Arrange pre-outage, post-outage, and outage milestone meetings.
- Handle customer invoicing and credit memo processing.
- Plan and coordinate on-site repairs and part or component repairs in GRS.
- Lead contract fulfillment with the Site Support Team.
- Manage project deliverables and interpret contract terms, including liquidated damages (LD) and bonus structures.
- Sell flow-type services, including Parts, FieldCore, and Lease Engine, from identifying opportunities through closing sales.
- Manage Digital and Total Plant Solutions agreements and coordinate with relevant functional teams.
Zahteve
- Hold a bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or have a high school diploma/GED and at least 4 years of power generation industry experience, or an associate degree and 2 years of power generation industry experience.
- Have at least 5 years of knowledge and experience in power plant field services or contract management.
- Know the MCV Contract Service Agreement.
- Be able to work at the MCV site office Monday through Friday.
- Be legally authorized to work in the United States; employment visa sponsorship is unavailable.
- Successfully complete a drug screen.
- Agree to a driving record check if operating a GE-owned, leased, or rented vehicle for company business.
