Opis

  • Join Zurich’s Rural Community Insurance Services (RCIS), a major U.S. crop insurance provider.
  • Gather and assess relevant facts, apply procedures, and use sound judgment to determine liability.
  • Review claim details and policy terms to verify coverage and decide whether losses are covered.
  • Take part in Risk Management Agency reviews and referrals that support operational integrity and quality assurance.
  • Keep claims information confidential to protect Zurich’s reputation.
  • Build and maintain professional and technical knowledge through learning, industry developments, networks, and professional societies.
  • Travel within and beyond the assigned territory as needed to support workloads, join CAT teams, and provide remote claims assistance.

Zahteve

  • For Crop Claims Field Adjuster I: high school diploma or equivalent and at least six months of agricultural experience.
  • For Crop Claims Specialist: high school diploma or equivalent and at least four years of experience in agriculture or crop insurance.
  • Obtain Crop Adjuster Proficiency Program Certification (CAPP) within 180 days of hire.
  • Have reliable personal transportation and travel within the territory.
  • Travel within and outside the assigned area to support workloads, join CAT teams, and provide remote assistance for CROP Claims Care Center calls and/or CCP Claims.
  • Walk up to three miles in agricultural fields.
  • Climb agricultural storage bins up to 25 feet high.
  • Lift 25 to 50 pounds.
  • Work outdoors in varied temperatures and weather conditions.
  • Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong organization, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills.
  • Live within 50 miles of Bottineau, Rolette, Pierce, Benson, McHenry, or Ramsey counties in North Dakota.
  • Employment sponsorship is not available.
