Opis

  • Support manufacturing cost accounting across standard costs, production rates, inventory, cost centers, and bills of materials.
  • Maintain the general ledger, reconcile accounts, and help complete month-end close.
  • Develop annual budgets, forecast customer shipments, and prepare monthly financial analyses.
  • Oversee fixed asset records, depreciation, and account reconciliations.
  • Process accounts payable and receivable, reconcile customer accounts, and support collections.
  • Reconcile bank accounts, verify deposits, and investigate discrepancies.
  • Support annual audits by preparing schedules and supporting documentation.
  • Maintain accounting systems and recommend process improvements.

Zahteve

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting or finance.
  • At least three years of accounting experience.
  • Strong general accounting skills, including general ledger maintenance, account reconciliations, and month-end close.
  • Manufacturing or cost accounting experience is preferred.
  • Familiarity with standard costing, inventory accounting, cost centers, or bills of materials is a plus.
  • Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and fixed asset accounting is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of GAAP.
  • Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities, with close attention to detail.
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to work effectively across departments.
