Opis

  • Lead complex commercial real estate and corporate transactions
  • Counsel clients on commercial property purchases, sales, and leases
  • Draft and negotiate joint venture, asset purchase, stock purchase, and related transaction documents
  • Oversee complex negotiations, due diligence, and closings
  • Develop and maintain an established client portfolio
  • Advise investors, entrepreneurs, and companies on legal and business matters
  • Handle client matters independently and collaborate with other legal professionals as needed
  • Grow the practice through client relationships, referrals, and new business

Zahteve

  • Partner-level background in commercial real estate or corporate and business transactions
  • Portable client portfolio generating at least $250,000 per year
  • Experience with commercial leasing, property acquisitions or sales, joint ventures, or asset and stock purchase agreements
  • Active law license in a U.S. jurisdiction
  • Strong transactional drafting, negotiation, and client advisory capabilities
  • Able to manage client relationships and complex transactions independently
  • Applicants admitted in Washington, DC, Maryland, or Virginia are particularly encouraged
  • Applicants from established law firms or solo practices are encouraged
  • Qualified in-house attorneys with portable client relationships are welcome
  • Portable client business and experience in commercial real estate or corporate and business transactions
