- Design and execute commercial strategies to grow the business, improve profitability, and expand its reach.
- Lead and develop high-performing sales teams across the country.
- Manage distribution, retail, modern trade, and traditional trade channels.
- Build strategic relationships with key customers, distributors, and major retail chains.
- Identify new business opportunities and potential markets for expansion.
- Monitor commercial metrics, budgets, forecasts, profitability, and progress against targets.
- Coordinate strategy with Marketing, Finance, Operations, and Supply Chain.
- Advance the product portfolio and strengthen brand positioning.
- Promote a culture focused on results, innovation, and continuous improvement.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Business, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- An MBA or postgraduate qualification in commercial leadership or business administration is preferred.
- Substantial experience as a Commercial Director, Sales Director, or leader of a business unit.
- Experience in multinational companies and managing commercial teams.
- Knowledge of retail, distribution, hardware, and key account channels.
- Experience in strategic planning, high-level negotiations, and P&L management.
- Proficiency in commercial metrics, budgeting, and financial analysis.
- Advanced English is required.
- Willingness to travel.
