CAPEX Financial Controller – Data Center Operations
Oversee capital expenditure, budgets, and financial reporting for Data4’s data center operations. Support cost control, compliance, performance dashboards, and process automation.
Opis
- Contribute to financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting for data center operations.
- Review financial performance against budgets, report KPIs, and recommend corrective actions.
- Work with sales, operations, and procurement teams to monitor results and improve processes.
- Support monthly closing and determine cut-off accruals.
- Track and control capital expenditure across multiple sites, define accruals, and monitor progress with the construction team.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly performance reports for management and external stakeholders.
- Build dashboards to track asset costs by activity center and identify budget variances.
- Maintain compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements, including SOX controls.
- Automate and improve financial processes, tools, and reporting systems.
Zahteve
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field.
- At least 5–7 years of financial controlling experience, preferably in data centers, technology infrastructure, or an international group.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in financial modeling and tools such as Excel and Power BI.
- Knowledge of Italian GAAP and IFRS.
- Experience with SOX controls is an advantage.
- Professional proficiency in English.
- Knowledge of French is an advantage.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a collaborative approach.
- Ability to organize work and manage priorities and deadlines.
