Zahteve
- Early-career developer or recent graduate interested in software engineering
- Some foundational experience or exposure to React, Python, AWS, or comparable tools
- Eagerness to learn technologies, frameworks, and engineering practices
- Commitment to building quality products with users in mind
- Comfort working in different parts of a codebase
- Collaborative approach, openness to feedback, and interest in continual improvement
- Comfort using AI-assisted development tools such as Copilot or Claude
- Ability to critically review, test, and take ownership of AI-assisted code
