Opis

  • Lead Mexico’s Creative and Production teams and make local creative decisions.
  • Direct visual concepts and design for Latin American music campaigns, artist programs, and editorial projects.
  • Turn creative strategies and narratives into compelling visual systems grounded in local culture.
  • Work with creative directors, designers, marketers, and cross-functional teams to deliver cohesive, high-quality work.
  • Create visual assets for digital, social, experiential, and in-product channels.
  • Keep work aligned with Spotify’s brand while exploring relevant creative directions for local music communities.
  • Guide external partners and agencies with visual direction and feedback.
  • Help build an inclusive, collaborative creative culture.

Zahteve

  • Experience as an art director or senior visual creative in music, culture, entertainment, or a related creative field.
  • A distinctive visual perspective and a keen eye for detail, composition, typography, and storytelling.
  • Strong knowledge of Latin American cultures and visual languages across the region’s markets.
  • Ability to collaborate across teams and disciplines and turn ideas into clear visual direction.
  • Commitment to craft, representation, and inclusion in creative work.
  • Adaptability, organization, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
  • Clear communication skills and openness to feedback.
