- Apply Paintgun’s Ads DNA framework to develop data-led concepts that improve ad performance across platforms
- Research competitors, social comments, cultural trends, and audience insights to shape distinctive ad concepts
- Collaborate with creators, copywriters, designers, and motion developers to turn ideas into compelling visual and copy hooks
- Lead structured creative sprints, assess performance data, and refine strategies based on effective elements
- Document proven concepts in a playbook to support ongoing optimization
- Coordinate with media buyers, data analysts, and creative teams to align strategies with performance marketing goals
- Use Ads DNA insights to support a feedback-led process for improving creative work
- Monitor social media trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising methods to keep concepts relevant and effective
Zahteve
- Bring at least 3 years of experience in creative strategy or performance marketing, with a focus on developing social media ad creative
- Analyze creative performance data and translate findings into actionable creative strategies
- Have experience collaborating across functions with creators, copywriters, designers, and media buyers
- Understand cultural trends, consumer behavior, and emerging digital marketing techniques in depth
- Connect creative insights to performance metrics and optimize ad concepts to improve engagement and conversion rates
