Descriere
- Support the executive team with daily organization, communication, and task tracking
- Coordinate Mannheim office operations, including mail, filing, and meeting preparation
- Help create presentations and reports
- Assist with applicant coordination and talent attraction
Cerințe
- Currently enrolled at a university, ideally studying business administration, communications, event management, or a related discipline
- Based in Mannheim or the surrounding area and available to work from the Mannheim-Waldhof office
- Some practical experience in administration or office management
- Very strong German and good English language skills
- Dependable, communicative, and well organized
- Confident with Google Workspace tools such as Calendar, Gmail, Drive, and Docs
