Descriere

  • Develop and deliver project plans across multiple operational work streams
  • Coordinate schedules, milestones, and collaboration among cross-functional teams
  • Use data, process redesign, and innovative approaches to improve business efficiency
  • Direct resource planning while ensuring adherence to company standards
  • Build productive stakeholder partnerships and achieve measurable outcomes
  • Coach and develop team members to strengthen accountability and continuous improvement
  • Manage shared team infrastructure, including distribution lists, calendars, directories, repositories, access permissions, and recurring resources
  • Oversee onboarding, offboarding, group travel, expenses, and related administrative processes
  • Arrange logistics for meetings, international market visits, offsites, workshops, and other multi-party events
  • Route and monitor operational requests across market teams and cross-functional partners, tracking related dependencies
  • Create playbooks, templates, and repeatable workflows that simplify, automate, and standardize recurring operations

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, engineering, operations, or a related discipline plus two years of operations, project management, or related experience; alternatively, four years of relevant experience
  • Demonstrated ability to manage several operational work streams and associated project plans
  • Strong project management capability, including building timelines, allocating resources, and facilitating meetings
  • Clear communication skills for engaging stakeholders and presenting project status and deliverables
  • Proven cross-functional collaboration skills focused on process improvement, cost reduction, and operational efficiency
  • Commitment to company policies, ethical practices, and a constructive team environment
