Vice President, Finance Platforms Application Support Lead
Lead support for M&G’s accounting, consolidation, and reconciliation platforms. Drive service resilience, governance, automation, and transformation across its India digital hub.
Descriere
- Lead the CFT Finance Systems function and oversee platform support teams.
- Own the Accounting Ledgers and Consolidation platforms from end to end.
- Set strategy and oversee risk, service resilience, audits, and critical finance outcomes.
- Size teams appropriately and align them with Total Cost of Ownership targets.
- Promote adoption of strategic technology solutions.
- Provide consistent service and support to CFT stakeholders.
- Review vendor and partner services, KPIs, and service levels.
- Maintain documentation, records, and audit trails.
- Implement automation with cross-functional Technology teams.
- Improve systems, processes, reporting, and analytics across Ledger and Reconciliation platforms.
- Ensure processes and controls are documented, tested, and adequately covered.
- Oversee regression testing, patching, and upgrades.
- Manage external audit requests and workflows.
- Lead system and process improvements and product upgrades.
- Prioritize and manage development intake across Ledger, Consolidation, and Reconciliation platforms.
- Transition new developments into service with suitable support models.
- Ensure compliance with M&G’s Software Development Lifecycle practices.
- Promote DevOps and JIRA for version control, requirements traceability, and separation of duties.
- Advise CFT portfolio programs and support business transformation.
Cerințe
- Leadership experience managing finance systems application support teams.
- Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud (Fusion Financials & Procurement, EPM), Tagetik, AutoRek, Infor SUN, Broadridge Revport, Smartstream TLM, or Docusign.
- Experience managing service operations, vendor and partner reviews, KPIs, and service levels.
- Knowledge of internal and external audit requirements, governance, controls, and compliance.
- Experience with regression testing, patching, and upgrade cycles.
- Experience leading system and process improvements and change management.
- Knowledge of Ledger, Consolidation, and Reconciliation platforms.
- Understanding of software development lifecycle practices.
- Experience with DevOps and JIRA.
- Ability to provide subject matter expertise and align technology capabilities with strategic business goals.
- Ability to work with stakeholders, CFT senior management, CFT Portfolio Leads, and the Head of CFT Platforms.
