Own technical compliance for The Mill Adventure’s iGaming platform across multiple markets. Identify regulatory gaps, guide engineering teams, and coordinate compliance work with regulators and suppliers.
Descriere
- Provide independent oversight and assurance that the business meets technical compliance requirements
- Research technical regulations for current and prospective markets, collaborating with stakeholders to deliver compliant solutions
- Conduct technical compliance gap assessments and analysis across relevant operating and target jurisdictions
- Advise teams on interpreting technical regulations, requirements, and standards
- Guide the implementation of compliant technical solutions and products
- Maintain regular communication with internal stakeholders, product development teams, and third-party B2B suppliers
- Verify that products meet technical compliance requirements in each operating jurisdiction
- Engage with regulators on technical compliance matters and prepare required reports
- Continuously evaluate product compliance and operational risks
- Schedule compliance activities and report identified technical risks and gaps
- Recommend compliant technical solutions and lead their implementation
Cerințe
- 2–3 years of experience in a technical compliance role within the iGaming industry
- Professional experience in an ISO 27001-compliant environment
- Ability to convert technical compliance requirements into clear development specifications for engineering teams
- Understanding of the B2B iGaming business model, best-practice standards, and applicable requirements
- Strong planning and organizational skills
- Excellent communication abilities
- Strong attention to detail, composure, and patience
- Pragmatic and proactive approach
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Collaborative team player with a hands-on working style
- Willingness to develop within a small, high-performing team
