Descriere
- Produce short-form video ads tailored for Meta, Instagram, and TikTok.
- Use hooks, pacing, re-hooks, and other performance-editing techniques to improve engagement and conversions.
- Shape creator and product footage into compelling visual stories.
- Turn scripts into attention-grabbing content for multiple social platforms.
- Find, organize, and manage B-roll and stock footage through provided subscriptions.
- Keep video assets structured and accessible in Frame.io.
- Create marketing images, thumbnails, and social graphics with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Record assignments and monitor project progress in ClickUp.
- Apply established file-naming standards and organization procedures.
- Communicate early about schedules, blockers, and potential workflow improvements.
- Use performance data to make rapid creative iterations.
- Recommend enhancements to editing workflows and creative processes.
Cerințe
- At least three years of video-editing experience focused on short-form content for DTC or e-commerce brands is required.
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
- Demonstrated experience editing direct-response ads for Meta, Instagram, and/or TikTok for e-commerce or DTC brands.
- Intermediate proficiency with Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
- Strong working knowledge of typography, color theory, composition, and motion graphics.
- Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Able to work independently, manage time effectively, and meet daily and weekly deadlines.
- Proactive communicator who raises issues early and seeks clarification before problems develop.
- Comfortable exchanging feedback and identifying ways to improve creative workflows.
- Advanced English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
- Available full time on a schedule aligned with EST.
