Senior Workday Integration Consultant (India Remote)

Senior Workday Integration Consultant responsible for designing and supporting Workday Studio and EIB integrations. The role covers HR, payroll, finance, benefits, identity management, and other enterprise systems for an India-based client.

Descriere

  • Design, develop, configure, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations with internal and third-party applications
  • Build and support integrations through Workday Studio and Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Assess integration requirements and convert them into technical specifications and implementation plans
  • Create inbound and outbound integrations connecting Workday with payroll, benefits, finance, identity management, and other enterprise platforms
  • Investigate integration failures, determine root causes, and deliver corrective solutions
  • Work with functional teams and business stakeholders to evaluate needs and recommend suitable integration approaches
  • Prepare integration documentation, technical specifications, test plans, and deployment procedures
  • Execute unit, integration, regression, and production validation testing
  • Track integration performance and resolve errors, data inconsistencies, and recurring problems
  • Contribute to integration architecture discussions, standards, best practices, and reusable frameworks
  • Offer technical direction and mentorship to junior integration developers and consultants

Cerințe

  • At least 8 years of experience, including 8–16 years overall and substantial hands-on Workday integration work
  • Advanced expertise in Workday integration development and implementation
  • Extensive practical experience with Workday Studio
  • Strong experience creating inbound and outbound integrations with Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB)
  • Working knowledge of Workday integration architecture, business processes, security, and data structures
  • Experience covering integration requirements analysis, testing, deployment, monitoring, and production support
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for integration issues
  • Clear communication and effective collaboration skills
  • Experience with Workday Core Connectors, including Core Connector: Worker (CCW), is preferred
  • Practical experience with PECI (Payroll Effective Change Interface) is preferred
  • Knowledge of Core Connector Payroll (CCP/CCB) or comparable Workday payroll integrations is preferred
  • Experience with Workday Orchestration and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS) is preferred
  • Knowledge of XML and XSLT is preferred
  • Experience using REST/SOAP APIs and integrating third-party APIs is preferred
  • Familiarity with authentication methods and secure data exchange is preferred
  • Experience monitoring integrations, handling errors, and optimizing performance is preferred
  • A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field is preferred
  • Workday Integration certification or relevant Workday credentials is advantageous
