Descriere

  • Administer and maintain Windows Server environments, including Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, file servers, and certificates
  • Resolve complex Level 2 and Level 3 incidents through advanced troubleshooting of Microsoft systems and infrastructure
  • Manage Active Directory, GPOs, Sites and Services, replication, and administrative delegation
  • Manage Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identities through Entra Connect
  • Administer MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access
  • Administer and support Azure Virtual Desktop environments, including host pools, session hosts, workspaces, and FSLogix profiles
  • Manage Microsoft Endpoint Configuration Manager (SCCM/MECM), including application distribution, updates, OSD, inventory, and reporting
  • Contribute to co-management scenarios using Intune
  • Manage Windows system patching, hardening, and vulnerability remediation
  • Administer Microsoft Defender for Endpoint, analyze alerts, and support vulnerability management and security across Microsoft XDR environments
  • Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Copilot
  • Manage permissions, configuration, and governance for Microsoft 365 services
  • Administer and maintain ADFS infrastructure and hybrid identity environments
  • Develop PowerShell scripts and automations for Active Directory, Microsoft 365, SCCM, and Windows systems
  • Identify automation opportunities and develop administration and reporting tools
  • Contribute to infrastructure improvement and optimization projects
  • Collaborate with international teams, vendors, and customers in English through documentation, tickets, and technical meetings

Cerințe

  • Senior-level experience administering Windows Server and the Microsoft ecosystem
  • Advanced Active Directory experience, including GPOs, replication, Sites and Services, and delegation
  • Experience with Microsoft Entra ID and hybrid identity management
  • Knowledge of Entra Connect, MFA, SSO, and Conditional Access
  • Experience administering Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD) and FSLogix
  • Advanced SCCM/MECM experience, including software distribution, updates, OSD, and inventory
  • Experience with co-management environments using Intune
  • Knowledge of security, hardening, patching, and vulnerability management in Microsoft environments
  • Experience with Microsoft Defender for Endpoint and security alert management
  • Experience administering Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive
  • Knowledge of ADFS and federated authentication
  • Strong PowerShell skills and experience automating tasks
  • Knowledge of Terraform
  • Ability to resolve complex infrastructure incidents and perform advanced troubleshooting
  • Sufficient technical English to work with documentation, tickets, vendors, and international teams
  • VMware vSphere, ESXi, and vCenter experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of Hyper-V and high availability is desirable
  • Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops experience is desirable
  • Knowledge of IIS and SSL/TLS certificate management is desirable
  • Knowledge of SQL Server administration is desirable
  • Current Microsoft certifications are desirable, especially AZ-104, AZ-140, SC-300, MD-102, MS-102, SC-200, or AZ-800/AZ-801
