Senior Software Engineering Specialist – Tech Lead (Hybrid)

Descriere

  • Act as the development team’s primary technical reference.
  • Lead architecture discussions and shape technology solutions.
  • Guide product evolution with a focus on quality, scalability, and security.
  • Champion strong practices across development, testing, observability, and DevOps.
  • Review code and mentor developers in their technical development.
  • Contribute to delivery planning and technical debt management.
  • Help establish and continuously improve architecture and engineering standards.
  • Diagnose complex technical issues and resolve critical incidents.
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Architecture, Security, and Infrastructure teams.
  • Strengthen a collaborative culture focused on innovation and continuous improvement.
  • Provide technical direction across projects and engineering teams.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, Systems Analysis and Development, or a related discipline.
  • Substantial experience in software development and related technical areas.
  • Understanding of systems architecture, including monoliths, microservices, and event-driven designs.
  • Understanding of system integration through REST and GraphQL APIs, messaging, and queues.
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform.
  • Knowledge of containerization and orchestration using Docker and Kubernetes.
  • Knowledge of DevOps methods and CI/CD practices.
  • Understanding of observability through logs, metrics, and distributed tracing.
  • Knowledge of information security concepts, including IAM, encryption, and secure networks.
  • Experience with relational and NoSQL database technologies.
  • Experience with high availability, fault tolerance, and disaster recovery is desirable.
  • Experience using Git for version control is desirable.
  • Experience with automation and Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or Ansible is desirable.
  • Knowledge of IT governance and corporate technology standards is desirable.
  • Cloud or Kubernetes certifications, including AWS Cloud Practitioner, AWS Solutions Architect, CKA, or CKAD, are a plus.
