Descriere

  • Partner with analysts and executive sales leaders to support new and existing business growth through statistical and data analysis
  • Develop and apply pricing informed by market conditions, historical trends, company costs, growth objectives, and profitability goals
  • Prepare pricing submissions using the company’s bid-rate structure while meeting customer deadlines
  • Create complex queries and formulas for pricing and analysis
  • Investigate pricing discrepancies and communicate findings
  • Track outstanding proposals through successive pricing updates
  • Maintain database records for revised spot and fixed-term contract rates
  • Keep comprehensive records of completed pricing agreements
  • Oversee daily pricing operations, resolve issues, manage exceptions, and conduct ad hoc analyses
  • Produce recurring and ad hoc reports for prominent national accounts and summarize key trends

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited four-year university in a numerically or analytically focused field
  • At least five years of analyst experience
  • At least six years of professional work experience
  • Proactive approach to research and investigation
  • Highly structured, organized, and diligent about documentation
  • Experience using advanced Microsoft Excel functions to summarize results and create reports
  • Ability to remain composed while priorities shift and interruptions occur
  • Strong critical-thinking and communication skills
  • Highly organized with strong interpersonal communication
  • Warm, personable approach and comfort working closely with executive management
  • Strong interest in numbers and business understanding
  • Process-focused working style
  • Experience with KPI reporting
  • Familiarity with Power BI, Tableau, or other data warehousing tools
  • Successful completion of an Excel-based assessment is required for consideration
