Lead proposal development, contract negotiations, and administration for defense programs supporting U.S. government customers. Serve as a senior advisor on contractual obligations, changes, deliverables, and risk management at Northrop Grumman.

Descriere

  • Lead proposal preparation, contract negotiations, administration, and customer contract activities
  • Serve as the primary customer contact for contractual matters
  • Track contracts and related programs to ensure obligations are clearly communicated and understood
  • Resolve routine and complex contractual issues
  • Ensure contract requirements are met and administer contract modifications
  • Maintain historical contract records and information
  • Assess contract terms and conditions and recommend risk mitigation approaches
  • Support management efforts related to cash management and sales objectives
  • Draft and coordinate written communications for internal and external customers
  • Record and maintain contract information in contract management and enterprise accounting systems
  • Coordinate timely submission of contractual deliverables, including CDRLs and SDRLs, and invoices
  • Independently handle complex contract assignments
  • Advise management and customers on contractual matters
  • Help develop new concepts, techniques, and standards

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree plus 8 years of contracts or related experience, or a master’s degree plus 6 years of contracts or related experience
  • Twelve years of relevant experience may substitute for the degree requirement
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Excel
  • Working knowledge of FAR and DFARS
  • U.S. citizenship
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government Secret security clearance
  • Current, active Secret clearance preferred
  • Experience with 1ERP preferred
  • Experience supporting U.S. government customers preferred
  • Ability to complete complex assignments
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to present technical approaches and findings clearly
