Senior PHP and React Tech Lead at SINGU

Descriere

  • Lead the new TAM team’s technical direction across architecture, code quality, and delivery
  • Define delivery workflows, Definition of Ready/Done standards, code review practices, and technical onboarding
  • Serve as the client’s primary technical contact for requirements workshops, solution design, estimates, progress updates, and escalations
  • Convert client requirements into clear specifications and actionable engineering work
  • Manage sprint planning, estimation, and prioritization while balancing committed work with ad hoc client needs
  • Make customization architecture decisions that preserve the integrity of the core product
  • Coordinate with the Platform and Core teams and the Chief Architect
  • Review code, mentor engineers, and lead technical onboarding
  • Improve testability, local development environments, automated testing, and CI
  • Spend approximately 40–60% of your time developing and reviewing production code
  • Report to the Engineering Manager and work closely with account managers, QA, the Head of Software Engineering, and the CTPO
  • Support customization projects from discovery and solution design through integrations, data migration, rollout, and ongoing improvement

  • C1-level English proficiency
  • Fluent Polish
  • Translate ambiguous business needs into clearly defined technical scope
  • Explain technical trade-offs to non-technical stakeholders and challenge requests with well-supported reasoning
  • Prepare specifications, solution designs, and estimates that clients can approve
  • At least one year as a Tech Lead or equivalent leadership experience for a product or delivery team of three or more engineers
  • At least five years of commercial experience with PHP 7.4+ or PHP 8 at scale
  • Professional experience with React in production; TypeScript experience is preferred
  • Strong PostgreSQL expertise, including schema design, query performance, migrations, and execution plans
  • Design and ownership experience for REST APIs and integrations with external systems
  • Apply security by default through input validation, access control, and data protection
  • Use AI tools actively and help the team apply them effectively
  • Background in enterprise or customization-focused B2B SaaS is preferred
  • Experience with ERP systems or enterprise integrations is preferred
  • Experience with Phalcon is preferred
  • Experience with AWS, Docker, Kubernetes, and CI/CD is preferred
  • Awareness of mobile development or Flutter is preferred
  • Experience improving developer experience is preferred
