Descriere

  • Analyze complex business processes and translate organizational objectives and strategic challenges into integrated information-technology solutions within the PEGA environment
  • Advise Product Owners, management, and business stakeholders on process improvement, information services, priorities, and solution options
  • Lead and coordinate complex analysis and change initiatives
  • Translate business needs into requirements, epics, features, user stories, process models, and functional designs
  • Maintain alignment across processes, data, applications, and architectural principles
  • Promote standardization and reuse within PEGA
  • Collaborate with architects, development teams, Product Owners, and business representatives
  • Support Product Owners in determining value, priorities, and development direction
  • Identify developments and opportunities, and initiate improvement proposals
  • Mentor less experienced Business Analysts and share knowledge
  • Represent IMG in internal and external meetings and build a professional network

Cerințe

  • Higher professional or university-level thinking and working capacity
  • Several years of demonstrable experience as a Senior Business Analyst, Information Analyst, Product Owner, or Senior Business Operations Adviser in complex information-technology environments
  • Demonstrable experience with PEGA and model-driven development
  • Demonstrable experience analyzing and improving complex business processes and leading or coordinating change initiatives
  • Experience with Agile, Scrum, or SAFe and working in multidisciplinary DevOps teams
  • Experience preparing integrated advice and connecting the interests of different stakeholders and disciplines
  • Experience mentoring or coaching colleagues and contributing to a team's continued professionalization and maturity
  • At least 5 years of demonstrable experience as a PEGA Business Architect, including at least 2 years at senior or lead level
  • Relevant PEGA BA certification
  • Experience with complex PEGA implementations
  • PEGA certification such as Certified Pega Business Architect is preferred
