Descriere
- Support the Payments GM and leadership team in shaping, monitoring, and refining strategy
- Interpret complex, high-volume datasets to identify insights and operational issues
- Develop and independently deliver solutions that can scale
- Create and manage data-led performance reporting across products, squads, and initiatives
- Work with Product, Engineering, Data, and Design to turn strategy into execution
- Own monthly business reviews, reporting, and governance documentation
- Evaluate growth opportunities through market sizing, commercial modelling, partnership assessment, and budget and forecast analysis
- Improve the allocation of KTLO, BAU, and growth activities
- Contribute to resourcing plans and squad-structure decisions
- Maintain communication and alignment across Payments squads and Monzo collectives
- Help scale the lending book and operationalize Borrowing launches in new geographies
- Lead Payments All Hands, goal-setting processes, and strategic forums
