Descriere

  • Refine McLaurin Law’s established marketing strategy
  • Own monthly qualified-lead goals for each practice area and determine the channel mix required to meet them
  • Evaluate, negotiate with, monitor, and discontinue underperforming lead-generation vendors
  • Manage Google Ads, Google Local Services Ads, and Meta campaigns from setup through optimization
  • Oversee targeting, budgets, creative, landing pages, call and form tracking, and weekly performance improvements
  • Manage the website, Google Business Profile, directories, reviews, email, and social media channels
  • Operate the review-request process for closed matters and respond to all reviews
  • Coordinate the content and video calendar with attorneys
  • Convert case insights into website pages, posts, and scripts for the firm’s AI video workflow
  • Operate the referral partner program, including outreach, contact cadence, events, and source tracking
  • Maintain marketing accounts and assets under the firm’s ownership, including the transition from the outgoing agency
  • Oversee advertising compliance, attorney review, required State Bar of Texas advertising filings, and client consent for testimonials or case stories
  • Lead the weekly marketing meeting with the owner and CMO, covering the agenda, tracker, action items, and follow-through
  • Manage the marketing budget, weekly dashboard, and reporting for the owner and CMO
  • Conduct structured quarterly marketing tests with defined hypotheses, budgets, success metrics, and decision dates
  • Track attribution from the initial touchpoint through signed matter

Cerințe

  • Must live in the Greater Houston, Texas area
  • At least four years of practical marketing experience
  • Experience in a law firm, professional-services organization, insurance, or another trust-based business is preferred
  • Demonstrated experience personally managing paid lead generation or paid search
  • Ability to explain cost per lead, cost per acquisition, and the rationale for discontinuing a channel
  • Experience building or managing a referral or business-development program, with results to demonstrate
  • Strong writing skills and the ability to translate an attorney’s explanation into accessible content
  • Comfort using AI tools and interest in expanding their application
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and spreadsheets
  • Sound judgment regarding attorney advertising rules, client confidentiality, and claims that require substantiation
  • Experience with Clio Grow, Google Ads, Google Business Profile, Airtable, Slack, and Microsoft 365 is a plus
  • A resume is required to apply
