Descriere

  • Design and evolve high-impact technology solutions and distributed microservices architectures.
  • Define functional requirements, acceptance criteria, integration architecture, components, data flows, and data models.
  • Contribute to the evolution of the company’s core framework and technology ecosystem.
  • Serve as the technical point of contact for business teams and key stakeholders.
  • Promote sound development, quality, and architecture practices.
  • Drive adoption of AI tools across development teams.
  • Train and support teams in advanced use of GitHub Copilot and other AI assistants.
  • Contribute to the evolution of internal copilots and accelerators.
  • Work with multidisciplinary teams in an Agile environment.
  • Guide the adoption of good practices and promote AI tools across the software lifecycle.

Cerințe

  • Experience developing with Java 8 or later and the Spring ecosystem, including Spring Boot, Spring MVC, Spring Data, and Spring Cloud.
  • Demonstrated experience with distributed microservices architectures.
  • Strong knowledge of Apache Kafka and asynchronous communication.
  • Experience with eventual consistency and decoupled architectures.
  • Knowledge of data-centric architectures and platforms for real-time data processing and streaming.
  • Experience building cloud-native solutions on Azure, AWS, or GCP in scalable hybrid environments.
  • Ability to define integration architectures, components, and complex data flows.
  • Experience working in Agile environments with multidisciplinary teams.
  • Experience engaging with business stakeholders and turning functional needs into technical solutions.
  • Practical knowledge and experience using AI development tools, especially GitHub Copilot.
  • Experience with Claude Code is a strong advantage.
  • Experience leading technology transformation initiatives is an advantage.
  • Experience promoting and supporting adoption of AI tools is an advantage.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms or large-scale digital ecosystems is an advantage.
  • Knowledge of evolutionary architecture and highly critical systems is an advantage.
