Descriere

  • Implement Ayvens Internal Audit’s data-driven strategy and lead its data and AI transformation
  • Expand data access and strengthen auditors’ data capabilities
  • Integrate data and AI across the full audit lifecycle
  • Create reusable data and AI tools, techniques, and methodologies
  • Support audit assignments by defining questions, evaluating feasibility and value, securing reliable data, applying analytical, statistical, or machine-learning methods, and converting results into evidence-based findings
  • Plan, build, and deliver data analytics initiatives for Ayvens Group’s third line of defence
  • Build, test, and document reusable analytics, automations, queries, data-processing pipelines, and API integrations
  • Help industrialize solutions for repeatable use
  • Maintain source code and technical documentation according to code-quality standards
  • Encourage innovation through technology monitoring, research, and automation projects
  • Coordinate the Ayvens data-champions community
  • Train and coach auditors through practical use cases
  • Lead or support data bootcamps for upcoming audit assignments
  • Represent Ayvens Internal Audit across the broader data and AI community
  • Exchange expertise, create shared tools and position papers, support training, and advance reuse and joint initiatives across the Ayvens Group
  • Report to the Director of Audit (Digital, Transformation and Analytics) in Amsterdam

Cerințe

  • At least three years of relevant experience in data analytics, data science, machine learning, or data engineering
  • Practical experience designing, developing, testing, and documenting data or AI solutions
  • Experience with Python and SQL, data-processing pipelines, APIs, source control, and code-quality practices
  • Ability to convert business, risk, or audit questions into dependable analytical approaches and clear, evidence-based insights
  • University degree in data science, computer science, artificial intelligence, statistics, mathematics, econometrics, management information systems, or a related discipline
  • Advanced Python and SQL proficiency
  • Strong data science capabilities and a solid understanding of data engineering
  • Experience with visualization and analytics platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or KNIME
  • Knowledge of AI architectures, including large language models, retrieval-augmented generation, and AI agents
  • Strong analytical reasoning and problem-solving abilities
  • Ability to evaluate data quality, choose suitable techniques, and explain limitations clearly
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and share expertise
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Fluent written and spoken English
  • High standards of integrity, discretion, and dependability
  • Ability to manage confidential information appropriately
  • Willingness to travel internationally to Ayvens entities, generally up to 20% depending on the audit plan
