Descriere

  • Partner with Operations and Plant Controlling across North America’s Digital Solutions business.
  • Improve financial performance through manufacturing analysis, standard costing, capital governance, budgeting, forecasting, and internal controls.
  • Lead and guide the plant controlling organization.
  • Advance best practices, consistent processes, and continuous improvement across manufacturing sites.
  • Spot risks and opportunities affecting profitability, productivity, and operational efficiency.
  • Analyze manufacturing performance for North American Operations and Business Teams.
  • Apply industrial variance analysis across North American operations.
  • Direct annual budgets, forecasts, and long-range plans for manufacturing operations.
  • Assist with monthly close, forecasting, and financial reporting.
  • Oversee the annual standard cost roll across North American manufacturing sites.
  • Update current costs and assess cost movements.
  • Own the financial process for North American capital expenditure.
  • Review capital proposals, investment returns, and business cases.
  • Track project spending and financial controls throughout project lifecycles.
  • Maintain internal controls and assist with internal and external audits.
  • Contribute to SAP and ERP implementations, migrations, and standardization.
  • Lead improvement work to strengthen financial insight, business results, and process efficiency.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of progressive experience in accounting, finance, controlling, or manufacturing finance.
  • At least 5 years of experience in plant controlling or manufacturing finance.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and standard costing.
  • Experience managing capital expenditure and conducting investment analysis.
  • Advanced analytical, problem-solving, and financial modeling skills.
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence decisions at all organizational levels.
  • Ability to work independently, handle competing priorities, and perform well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
  • SAP and manufacturing reporting systems experience preferred.
  • Experience supporting ERP implementations and business transformation initiatives preferred.
  • CPA, CMA, or equivalent certification preferred.
