Descriere

  • Create marketing assets such as email campaigns, catalogs, social media content, and digital advertisements
  • Produce sales presentations, promotional pieces, and other marketing collateral
  • Turn creative concepts and project briefs into polished, production-ready designs
  • Apply consistent typography, layouts, visual hierarchy, formatting, and branding across all assets
  • Review designs for spelling, grammar, copy accuracy, specifications, layout quality, and brand compliance
  • Handle a substantial project workload and competing priorities while meeting deadlines
  • Own projects independently from initial concept through delivery, applying feedback while limiting unnecessary revisions
  • Partner with stakeholders to clarify needs and develop effective creative solutions
  • Keep current with AI-assisted creative tools while retaining strong independent design judgment
  • Take on other assigned responsibilities as needed

Cerințe

  • At least five years of professional graphic design experience in a daily marketing environment
  • A portfolio featuring original work from completed marketing campaigns and projects
  • Broad experience producing marketing and promotional materials across multiple formats
  • Demonstrated ability to develop creative concepts and carry projects through final delivery
  • Advanced written and spoken English communication skills
  • Expert proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Adobe InDesign
  • Strong command of branding, typography, layout, visual hierarchy, and brand consistency
  • Excellent proofreading, formatting, and quality-assurance abilities
  • Capacity to manage multiple projects and deliver accurate work under tight deadlines
  • Ability to work independently, collaborate effectively, and apply feedback with minimal revisions
  • Familiarity with AI-powered creative tools is helpful but does not replace original design expertise
  • Professional experience in marketing design is required
  • Experience in the client's particular industry is not required
  • Availability for a schedule aligned with U.S. Central Time; exact hours will be confirmed
  • Availability Monday through Friday on a U.S. work schedule
