Descriere

  • Architect and deliver complex capabilities across the full web application stack.
  • Provide technical direction on architecture, design choices, and engineering standards.
  • Develop scalable, resilient, secure, accessible, and high-performing applications with modern web technologies.
  • Partner with Product Owners, engineers, and cross-functional stakeholders to turn business needs into effective technical solutions.
  • Decompose complex technical challenges and outline clear implementation strategies for the wider engineering team.
  • Support engineers through mentoring, code reviews, pair programming, and knowledge sharing.
  • Promote strong practices for code quality, testing, observability, reliability, and maintainability.
  • Increase deployment confidence through automated testing, reliability frameworks, monitoring, and automation.
  • Find and resolve performance, accessibility, availability, and scalability issues across applications.
  • Work with Site Reliability Engineering to investigate production incidents, determine root causes, and deliver durable fixes.
  • Assess emerging technologies and frameworks that can improve applications, developer experience, and engineering productivity.
  • Simplify systems, reduce technical debt, and strengthen the team’s development practices through continuous improvement.

Cerințe

  • Bring 9+ years of professional software engineering experience, including substantial work on modern web applications.
  • Demonstrate experience architecting complex systems, setting technical direction, and taking solutions from design through production.
  • Possess strong practical expertise in JavaScript and TypeScript.
  • Have deep familiarity with modern front-end frameworks and state-management approaches, especially React and Redux or comparable technologies.
  • Bring strong experience with Node.js, REST APIs, Express, and server-side JavaScript or TypeScript development.
  • Use automated testing frameworks and practices such as Jest and Mocha.
  • Understand current JavaScript development practices, the open-source ecosystem, and modern web architecture patterns.
  • Have designed applications for scalability, performance, resilience, accessibility, and maintainability.
  • Show strong technical leadership and a record of mentoring and developing other engineers.
  • Work effectively with Agile development methods and DevOps principles.
  • Take ownership, identify issues proactively, and collaborate across teams to create effective solutions.
  • Maintain a customer-focused approach and enthusiasm for intuitive, dependable digital experiences.
  • Value innovation, automation, and ongoing improvement.
