Descriere

  • Develop a national event strategy aligned with lead generation and revenue targets
  • Set event metrics, audience definitions, and conversion goals
  • Manage the event calendar according to business priorities
  • Lead event delivery from initial planning through post-event reporting
  • Build processes for capturing, qualifying, and following up on leads
  • Coordinate campaigns, messaging, and staffing with marketing and sales
  • Create event materials and manage booth equipment and inventory
  • Measure leads, pipeline, and event value, then improve performance over time
  • Plan pre-event and post-event outreach to increase impact
  • Organize company events for customers and partners
  • Represent Re:Build at events and maintain a consistent, high-quality brand presence

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a related field
  • 7–10 years of trade show and event experience with proven lead generation results
  • Experience in B2B, technology, or manufacturing is preferred
  • Demonstrated success improving event performance and efficiency
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or a similar CRM, Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite
  • Experience using event analytics and reporting tools
  • Ability to link event activity to measurable business outcomes
  • Sound judgment in brand presentation and messaging
  • Strong organization, diligence, and attention to detail
  • Ability to own projects independently in a fast-paced setting
  • Strong communication and partner management skills
  • Data-driven approach to tracking and improving performance
  • Experience collaborating across teams and managing competing priorities
  • Willingness to travel frequently
