Descriere

  • Lead, coach, and develop data engineering and Salesforce AMS team members.
  • Give performance feedback, support career growth, and mentor staff.
  • Oversee the design, development, and upkeep of enterprise data pipelines, lakes, and warehouses.
  • Keep data platforms scalable, dependable, and ready for analytics and reporting.
  • Manage Salesforce AMS configuration, integrations, and ongoing improvements.
  • Ensure systems support business processes and that changes follow sound governance.
  • Plan and oversee projects across data engineering and Salesforce AMS.
  • Deliver projects on schedule, within scope, and in line with business needs.
  • Set and uphold data engineering and Salesforce development standards for coding, security, and governance.
  • Advance automation, efficiency, and quality across both teams.
  • Work with business units, analytics teams, and functional partners to meet organizational data and CRM needs.
  • Turn requirements into technical solutions.
  • Maintain stable operations for enterprise data platforms and Salesforce AMS.
  • Oversee incident response, root cause analysis, and ongoing improvements.

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field.
  • 8–10 years of relevant work experience.
  • 1–3 years of supervisory experience.
  • Experience leading software developers, preferably a data engineering team.
  • Extensive experience with AWS, Glue, DMS, SaaS ETL tools, Oracle, Postgres, S3, Athena, Dynamo, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and creative thinking.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities at once.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Careful attention to detail and a commitment to data quality and accuracy.
  • Preferred: experience leading enterprise-scale data and CRM initiatives in hybrid or multicloud environments.
  • Applicants may live anywhere in the contiguous United States except California, Massachusetts, New York, and Oregon.
