Senior Construction Attorney – Litigation and Transactions | Sarasota Hybrid
Williams Parker seeks a senior construction attorney to advise on litigation, contracts, compliance, risk, and disputes. The role supports construction clients in Sarasota while working collaboratively across practice areas.
Descriere
- Advise on diverse legal matters involving construction projects
- Negotiate and review construction contracts
- Counsel clients throughout project development and execution
- Assess and mitigate legal and project risks
- Represent clients in bid protests
- Advise on construction-related regulatory compliance
- Resolve construction disputes
- Work directly with clients to support compliance with legal and regulatory obligations
- Guide clients through legal issues that arise during construction
- Partner with attorneys across practice areas to deliver coordinated legal solutions
Cerințe
- Deep knowledge of construction law, including contract negotiation and dispute resolution
- Experience advising on construction contracts, regulatory compliance, and risk management
- Strong commitment to client service in a fast-paced, collaborative, and engaging workplace
- Capacity to manage multiple matters and competing priorities effectively
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to explain complex legal issues clearly
- At least seven years of experience in construction litigation
- Juris Doctor degree from an accredited law school
- Admission to the Florida Bar or willingness to obtain admission in the near future
