Senior Business Intelligence Professional - Remote
CenterWell seeks a senior business intelligence professional to analyze complex healthcare data, develop actionable visualizations, and inform strategic decisions. The role supports Humana’s senior-focused healthcare services business and is remote within the United States.
Descriere
- Analyze internal and external data to resolve complex business challenges
- Deliver data-driven insights to business decision-makers
- Gather, integrate, interpret, and communicate organizational data
- Develop practical business intelligence that supports action
- Help shape departmental strategy through analytical expertise
- Choose technical methods for assigned project components
- Set assignment objectives and approaches with substantial independence
- Travel occasionally to Humana offices for training or meetings
Cerințe
- Bachelor’s degree with at least five years of technical data-analysis experience, or a master’s degree with at least three years of experience
- Thorough proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and PowerPoint
- Advanced experience handling large, complex datasets in enterprise environments
- Demonstrated ability to analyze data, address diverse business challenges, and build visualizations that inform strategy
- Working knowledge of healthcare data and its applications
- Strong spoken and written communication skills for senior and executive audiences
- Commitment to improving consumer experiences in a continuously evolving organization
- A graduate degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred
- Advanced SQL, SAS, or comparable data-systems expertise is preferred
- Experience with Tableau and Qlik is preferred
- Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, or predictive modeling is preferred
- Experience developing analytics solutions for healthcare sectors is preferred
- Home internet service with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- A dedicated, interruption-free workspace suitable for protecting member PHI and HIPAA information
