  • Advanced experience handling large, complex datasets in enterprise environments
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze data, address diverse business challenges, and build visualizations that inform strategy
  • Working knowledge of healthcare data and its applications
  • Strong spoken and written communication skills for senior and executive audiences
  • Commitment to improving consumer experiences in a continuously evolving organization
  • A graduate degree in mathematics, economics, finance, statistics, computer science, engineering, or a related quantitative field is preferred
  • Advanced SQL, SAS, or comparable data-systems expertise is preferred
  • Experience with Tableau and Qlik is preferred
  • Expertise in data mining, forecasting, simulation, or predictive modeling is preferred
  • Experience developing analytics solutions for healthcare sectors is preferred
  • Home internet service with minimum speeds of 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
  • A dedicated, interruption-free workspace suitable for protecting member PHI and HIPAA information
