Descriere

  • Develop commercial solutions that support the cooperative purpose
  • Apply data intelligence to analyze performance, test hypotheses, uncover opportunities, and improve processes and efficiency
  • Follow market, technology, and innovation developments to help scale the cooperative model through digital channels
  • Create presentations and communicate relevant findings and information to stakeholders
  • Serve as the technical reference within a multidisciplinary team advancing the cooperative movement
  • Partner with internal departments, cooperatives, and external organizations to increase understanding of and engagement with the cooperative model
  • Maintain current support materials used to develop the cooperative movement
  • Create initiatives that sustain and strengthen the Cooperative Education and Membership Organization Programs in line with system priorities
  • Monitor and report program metrics, connect results to business outcomes, and identify opportunities for new measures and improvements
  • Support change management initiatives centered on user experience
  • Manage vendors responsible for delivering moderately complex projects

Cerințe

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Economics, or a related discipline
  • Familiarity with financial markets, including business and operations, is preferred
  • Knowledge of and practical experience with Lean methods and process automation
  • Familiarity with Agile and co-creation approaches, including Design Thinking, Scrum, and Kanban, is preferred
  • Knowledge of process value chains, ideally within financial services or the cooperative sector, is preferred
